Radford Bank, Staffordshire

Scale: Up to 60 dwellings


Hollins Strategic Land has secured a 4.86 hectare site on the edge of the town of Stafford. The site is excellently located close to local services including a range of primary and secondary schools, food and retail outlets, leisure and healthcare. There is an excellent public transport network available to potential future residents, with a bus stop adjacent to the northern boundary providing direct services to Stafford town, Cannock, Rugeley and Lichfield. Stafford train station is also a short bus ride away and can easily be accessed. The strategic road network around Stafford links the town to the surrounding urban areas of Stoke-on-Trent and Cannock and provides quick access onto the M6, which is less than 3 miles away from the site. Development of the site would support the vitality of the settlement whilst retaining local character and distinctiveness.

The site is now being promoted through the Stafford Local Plan. HSL is looking forward to working with key stakeholders to bring this site forward for development.
