HSL has secured a 19.3 acre site to the east of Semington Road in the town of Melksham, Wiltshire. The surrounding strategic road network provides excellent connectivity to the nearby urban centres of Trowbridge and Bath and the town’s railway station has services to Swindon and Westbury. The site is sustainably located with access to key local services and facilities as well as good public transport access, with bus stops located along Semington Road providing direct services to Chippenham, Trowbridge, Frome and Melksham town centre. The site also has excellent accessibility to employment opportunities, with Lancaster Park industrial estate situated to the east of the site in Bowerhill. Melksham town centre is also only a short distance away. HSL looks forward to continuing its engagement with key stakeholders to bring the site forward for development.
