HSL has secured two parcels of land totalling 19.54 acres lying immediately east of the village of Witherley, Hinckley and Bosworth. The village is heavily influenced by its location near larger urban centres of Atherstone and Mancetter. The village has excellent accessibility to the wider public transport and strategic road networks. Key services are easily accessible from the site and development will help support these local facilities and infrastructure.

HSL has been actively promoting the site through the Hinckley and Bosworth local plan review and has been engaging with the Parish Council to demonstrate the social, economic and planning benefits that the site can bring and we look forward to continuing our engagement with key stakeholders to promote the site for development.
