HSL is to submit a planning application for the development of a 60 acre site to the north of Bury in Greater Manchester. The vision aims to deliver a mix of around 350 market and affordable homes, a neighbourhood retail centre, a business and employment park and extensive areas of public greenspace in what is a highly sustainable and accessible location off the A56 and close to the M66.
