Paul is a Chartered Town Planner with over 20 years' experience in UK strategic land which ranges from acquisitions to providing strategic planning advice for a wide range of interests including national house builders, key pension funds, investment companies and individual land owners. He has a demonstrable track record of securing planning consents on a range of sites from small scale developments to large scale urban extensions across England. At HSL, Paul is responsible for securing both 'immediate' and 'strategic' land acquisitions across the UK and under his direction ensuring successful outcomes are achieved across HSL's land portfolio.
With over 30 years of experience in leading planning and development delivery teams across all property sectors, most recently at Board Director level in one of the largest volume divisions of Barratt Homes, Jeremy has successfully completed many significant residential, retail, leisure, commercial and industrial projects. As Special Projects Lead, he is closely involved with landowners, agents, consultants and our in-house team in growing the operations of Hollins Strategic Land through targeted planning promotions, land acquisitions and disposals.
Christian is a chartered professional with 15+ years’ experience delivering strategic land promotions across the UK—from major urban extensions to smaller village sites, often in complex policy contexts. He leads the full lifecycle: sourcing, financial appraisal, land assembly, stakeholder and landowner engagement, planning strategy, applications and appeals, and land disposals. A pragmatic problem-solver with a design sensibility, he aligns planning risk, commercial returns and placemaking outcomes, taking projects from first approach through planning consent to sale. He is focused on not just growing HSL’s land portfolio but on delivering investments through targeted planning promotions, selective acquisitions and timely disposals, with a strategy-led yet hands-on approach.
