HSL secured outline planning consent on appeal for up to 278 new homes including 50% affordable homes, over 10 hectares of new publicly accessible parkland, a community hub, allotments and tennis courts.
Hollins Strategic Land has submitted a planning application for the development of a 20-hectare site to the north of Bury. The land east of Walmersley Road can accommodate up to 350 new homes including 40% affordable homes, a local retail centre, a business and employment park and extensive areas of publicly accessible greenspace in what is a highly sustainable and accessible location off the A56.
HSL has launched a public consultation for 2 sites at land off Buxton Road and land off
Mill Lane in Hazel Grove, Stockport to create new residential developments delivering in total up to
100 new homes including 50% affordable homes. The sites are in highly accessible and sustainable
locations in an area with a chronic shortfall in the supply of new homes necessary to meet urgent
local needs. The consultation will end on 8th March 2026.

Semington, Wiltshire: HSL has submitted an application for 48 dwellings and Village Shop on land at Turnpike Close, Semington, Wiltshire. HSL promoted the land through the Development Plan and played a proactive role in the Semington Neighbourhood Plan process. The site was formally allocated in the Semington Neighbourhood Plan in March 2025. The proposals reflect community objectives and aspirations.
Bampton, West Oxfordshire: HSL is pleased to see its land interest at Bampton, West Oxfordshire identified as apart of a ‘Preferred Option’ for around 150 new homes at Bampton as part of the West Oxfordshire Local Plan 2043.
