Hollins Homes secures its second site. More details coming soon!

HSL wins another planning appeal in Preston and is proud to deliver a sustainable site that will provide 48 much needed market and affordable houses, whilst contributing to the local and wider economy and strategic transport improvements for the area.

Hollins Strategic Land currently has planning consents for around 645 homes, both market and affordable units, which we are very proud to know will help contribute to the well accepted shortfalls of housing in the UK, helping to build sustainable communities. In particular our schemes are increasing the numbers of affordable houses available for local people. Whilst the planning system in many local authorities remains uncertain and burdened with delays and inconsistency our strategy, stamina and determination to succeed continues to deliver, often where others have failed.

HSL are pleased to welcome 'Planning Manager' Matthew Symons to the team.

Hollins Strategic Land has submitted an outline planning application for up to 170 dwellings on land north of Dowbridge in Kirkham. The proposals will deliver a mix of homes, with up to 30% being affordable. The proposals will provide a significant element of quality open spaces around and within the site, with pathway linkages, pond enhancement, a community green, sustainable drainage features and native tree planting.  Read more

The original proposal was refused in November 2014, despite a previous recommendation for approval.
