Following his diagnosis with a brain tumour in late 2017, HSL director, Stephen Goodman was successfully treated at the Walton Centre in Liverpool and has since raised over £10,000 for the Centre’s charity. The charity funds research and development into all manner of head injuries and diseases but also helps fund the necessary social requirements of running such a hospital which, as the leading neurological hospital outside London, has patient demands on it from all over the country.
