HSL has partnered with Gatley Golf Club to bring forward outline proposals for a landscape led residential development comprising a mix of 278 family homes of which 50% will be affordable. The proposals will also deliver a new Urban Park, Green Avenue cycle route linking the new development to Rose Vale Park, a community hub and retains the Heald Green Theatre.
