Hollins Strategic Land is promoting land at The Elms, Swindon for plan-led development through the emerging Wiltshire Local Plan process. The land lies on the western boundary between Wiltshire and Swindon and is being promoted to facilitate a west of Swindon policy framework to deliver housing.
