Melton Road, Queniborough

Hollins Strategic Land is promoting land at Melton Road, Queniborough through the Charnwood Brough Local Plan. As a result of the promotion strategy applied by HSL, the land is identified as a preferred allocation for residential in the emerging Local Plan and a successful case was made by HSL to uplift allocated housing numbers on the land. A planning application for 99 dwellings was submitted in December 2022 in accordance with the housing delivery trajectory proposed by the Council.
