HSL has submitted an outline planning application for up to 48 dwellings on land off Southwell Road in Farnsfield within the Newark and Sherwood District. The site lies on the eastern edge of the settlement and is bounded on the western side by residential development. Farnsfield is a sizeable settlement which has a good range of local services including a primary school.
