There is an excellent public transport network available to potential future residents, with a bus stop adjacent to the southern boundary providing direct westbound services to Yate, Luckington and Bath and eastbound services to Malmesbury town centre. The strategic road network around Malmesbury links the town to the surrounding urban areas of Swindon and Chippenham and provides quick access onto the M4, which is less than 7 miles away from the site.
