HSL has submitted an outline planning application for up to 72 dwellings on land off Patterdown Road, Chippenham in Wiltshire. more

HSL, in partnership with Savills, is marketing land at Blackrod, Bolton, which has outline approval for up to 110 dwellings.

HSL appeal in Blackrod for 110 dwellings has been allowed following a successful argument against Bolton Council that the proposals would deliver significant social and economic benefits in a sustainable location. The related policies were out-of-date following a full assessment of housing land supply.




HSL has successfully defended Newark & Sherwood's legal challenge in the High Court against the Secretary of State's decision to allow HSL's appeal for 48 dwellings at Southwell Road, Farnsfield.
