In April this year Hollins Strategic Land achieved a planning consent for 130 dwellings on land south of Holts Lane, Poulton-le-Fylde. The site located in a sustainable location on the southern fringe of the existing urban area within walking distance of Poulton-le-Fylde town centre and the numerous services and facilities it provides.
