HSL achieved an allocation in the Widnes Local Plan for the development of up to 200 new homes on this 25 acre former green belt site. Constraints involving overhead electricity transmission lines, an adjacent railway line, a river and surface water drainage issues were expertly addressed. The site was sold to Bloor Homes.
